If we know how to construct a device containing alternating electrical high-frequency current and simultaneously creating magnetic field in the region of this current, so that its direction varies synchronously with the direction of the current, and in such a way that the action of the Ampere’s force, experienced by the current from the magnetic field, would be constantly directed, then this force is capable of driving away the device, with giving conditions, to a sub-light speed [ 1], [2], [3 ].
We assume that the motion is non-reactive and the kinetic energy of the device is obtained from the vacuum (ether). ). The selection of the device’s form plays important role in the proof of this assumption.
Actually, if we select the form and the dimensions of the device in such a way that it would work as a resonator i.e. a system of standing electromagnetic waves, shifted in phase, for the current and for the magnetic induction should be formed, then it is assumed that this phase shift allows to create a gradient of the internal energy of vacuum, whose concentration, as it is known from quantum physics, is very huge. The automatic alignment of two levels of vacuum energy in the vicinity of antinodes and nodes will be transformed to electromagnetic vibrations inside of the resonator. With the aid of high-Q resonators of special form it is possible to transform these vibrations into useful motion, called unsupported (non reactive) motion.
A group of our two students (guy and girl) have defended with honours (80/100) t0 5 members jury and nearby 20 present, their original diploma work in the French language by the name: " Mouvement sans appui et nouvelle source d'énergie" i.e. "unsupported motion and the new energy source".
This work of 65 pages consists of 4 chapters and conclusion. It includes theoretical and experimental parts. In the experimental part we decided to repeat the action of unsupported (non-reactive) force on different forms of resonators connected with magnetron radiation (2500 MHz) of a micro-wave oven. The effect of the force was obvious. It has been shown during the defense of this thesis.
It is now necessary to go further, and in my opinion to focus all effort to the calculation and design of the optimum variants for the force manifestation. Therefore I have already prepared a perspective project of research for two years (2008-2009) and have submitted it for consideration to the management of our University. The answer for acceptance and financial support of this project will be given up to the end of this year. I hope that in case of a positive answer and if you do not object we can closely cooperate for joint performance of this planned project.
